SaralForce Privacy Policy

Effective: 7 October 2026

SaralForce is a browser extension for Salesforce administrators and developers (object builder, SOQL runner, Apex tools, debug logs, org info, optional AI help). It runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and we do not sell or share your data.

Salesforce access

To talk to your org, the extension reads your Salesforce session cookie and uses it only to call your own org's Salesforce APIs (queries, metadata, tooling calls) — the same way established Salesforce admin extensions work. Your session is never sent anywhere except your Salesforce org.

AI features (optional)

AI help (log analysis, SOQL fixes, object design, chat) runs only when you click it. When you do, the content you submit — for example a debug log, a query, or an error message — is sent to the AI provider you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or your own compatible endpoint), authenticated with the API key you enter. Nothing is sent in the background.

What we do NOT do

Third parties

If you enable AI features, the provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or your own endpoint) receives the content you submit, governed by that provider's own privacy policy. The uninstall farewell page is a static page hosted on GitHub Pages, which applies its own standard web-server logging.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will be revised with the extension update.
